Client Support Assistant
I am part of the Client Enquiries team here at Vita Cura, working alongside my colleague Adrienne. I also provide administrative support to both directors.
My background is within the Property and Airline Industries, where I had roles in customer-facing and support. I particularly loved my time in the Airline Industry, because it allowed me to travel the world, meeting and working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
These experiences broadened my horizons and developed my professional skills. It also gave me the dream of one day sharing my passion for traveling, with my partner and son: Travelling the world as a family. All my working roles have involved being the first line of support for clients and ensuring that high standards of customer service were met.
I have always taken part in charitable events and for the past three years have been involved with the Miracle Babies Charity which provides funds to the local neonatal unit. I coordinate Vita Cura’s charitable work and with the whole team fully committed to supporting various Charities this work is a pleasure.
In my downtime, I love to cook and host for family and friends. It is the creativity that I love in the kitchen and this passion for being creative led me to study floristry. I continue to enjoy making bouquets and arrangements for pleasure and for friend’s special occasions.
I love being part of Vita Cura. I feel extremely lucky and fulfilled that I work in an environment where I can help others. I share both the Directors’ passion for providing a Live-In Care option for our clients. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to choose Live-In Care for a loved one.
